I love how you self reflect and bring in observations related to body awareness and effects on brain neurons. A second thing I hear is your awareness of the disposition to keep things safe and static in an effort to protect a certain group. Such over protection of a certain segment of community can stifle creative vision and purpose. I believe such insights are absolutely necessary in engaged creative community development.
