Between you and me, Jenny, I took the online 'AQ50' test a few weeks ago after reading a news article by a lady who seemed to be describing me in precise detail, and I followed some links in the piece - including to that test. #mindblown

It’s an incredible process to dig a little deeper. To wonder why some traits might be the way they are. To learn the possible source of some challenges. We’re always pulling those threads while also learning to be grateful for the present moment. Such a dance.

I'm fearful of looking any deeper, but given that I'm already very 'whaaaaaaaaaat?!' about what I've discovered I've perhaps stepped too far to feel comfortable stepping back again! I wonder if I could perhaps simply seek out some resources to help me understand myself better even if I don't go down the assessment route.
