We're putting together a little book tour this month! I've wanted to host conversations on grief since the second month of the pandemic. I sensed we were going through a huge thing that we likely didn't have a lot of language to talk about or feel our way through. I had no idea my experience with grief was about to hit even closer to home.
So, here we are.
If you or someone you love would appreciate exploring the nature of grief together, I'd love to see you in person or in the virtual spaces.
Details at www.jennysmithwrites.com/tour.
You should also know that the entire tour is scheduled around keeping March 15 open, the day Ted Lasso season 3 drops.
#priorities
“The start of a new year is a time of grief for me with anniversaries of loved ones who have passed, some fresh this year and some decades old. Still Here was heart wrenching and soul healing for me, at a time when I needed someone to be honest about the realities of grief.
As I journeyed with Jenny’s words through this first year, I belly laughed and I wept. No matter if you are in the midst of fresh grief or you have been grieving for years or decades, there is something for you here. This book is honest and realistic about the struggles, frustrations, and awe we experience as we deal with the reality that our beloveds are not physically with us but are still here.”
